This spot offers a tasty burger (I got the Classic cheeseburger) and the fries are pretty good too. I just wish the fries came with the burger instead of being a la carte. I'm not a fan of spending a little over $20 for a basic burger meal but this is WLR so it's to be expected.

What truly stood out during our visit to Big Orange was the exceptional friendliness and positive attitude of the staff—easily the main reason I'd return. We ordered the Classic Burger with a whole wheat bun, substituting the unavailable veggie patty with a lentil patty. The second burger we tried was the Curries Falafel and Lentil. Both burgers were delicious and satisfying. For sides, we sampled the house fries and sweet potato fries. While the house fries were enjoyable, I’d probably skip the sweet potato fries next time. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—especially to finally try the veggie patty we missed out on today.

Great food, efficient service, and a delicious menu. We love the turkey patties - we’re slowly making our way through most of the burger options - and the sweet potato fries. Our last visit was Sunday at lunch, and they got slammed right before our food came out, so we struggled to get drink refills, condiments, etc that we needed, but I’m certain that’s because our server was having multiple tables sat in his section at once as, up to that point, he was super attentive. Outside of that, our visit was fantastic (and usually is)!

I ordered online and picked it up myself. The establishment seemed busy between the patrons at the tables and the consistent flow of people picking up their takeout orders. My order came out precisely when the app stated it would. The young man at the front was friendly and attentive! Yes, it was on the pricey side, however, you're paying for quality food and the courtesy the staff shows by packaging your meal in such a manner as to preserve the quality and presentation of your meal. My wife has been wanting me to (not a fan) eat sweet potatoes, so I rolled the dice by ordering the sweet potato fries. I was NOT disappointed, especially with the addition of the mango curry ketchup! The veggie burger patty was slightly crumbly (I've had veggie patties completely crumble to pieces just by looking at them funny!) but did not deter from the enjoyment. Between the patty, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and the vegenaise there was plenty of flavor and texture! Gluten-free vegan buns tend to be a disappointment, but not this time! My customized special order was handled with special care and this weary traveler truly appreciated my meal this evening!

Big Orange West is easily one of the best burger spots in Arkansas — the kind of place where every item feels crafted, not just cooked. I ordered the Umami Bomb Burger, and it lived up to its name. The flavor combination was rich and complex, with perfectly cooked beef, melty cheese, mushrooms, and that signature savory punch that sets it apart from any regular burger. Every bite had depth and balance. The Sweet Potato Fries were crisp, lightly salted, and paired perfectly with the Curry Ketchup — easily one of the best dipping sauces I’ve had anywhere. For drinks, I tried the Velvet Orange, which was bright, smooth, and refreshingly citrusy, followed by the Arkansas Cold Brew & Caramel Coffee Shake, which was decadent without being overly sweet. The combination of strong coffee flavor and caramel creaminess was perfection. The vibe here is casual but modern, with friendly service and a great atmosphere whether you’re solo or with friends. It’s the kind of place you could come for a quick lunch or linger over dinner and drinks. Everything from presentation to taste was on point — Big Orange West nails it across the board.

Prob one of the best burgers I’ve had, even the classic one is great! The truffle fries aren’t really worth the high price but the chips that are less money are awesome. The burgers are expensive but even the $11 classic one is super good! Atmosphere is super cool only thing is that both times I went the servers weren’t nice

Stopped here on a road trip and was not disappointed! There was plenty of seating available. We ordered our food and, it was out in maybe ten minutes tops. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted great!
